Hi ! I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents, college students ,  adults and couples with a broad spectrum of topics.

 

Topics I concentrate on include: communication, fertility, postpartum, parenting, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief and loss.

 

I am a Postpartum International trained therapist with over 20 years experience as an educator, and another 10 or so providing community based services.  I believe this gives me a global perspective on issues that we all face from time to time,

My approach to therapy is collaborative and based on client need.  I like to meet the client where they are and walk through their journey with them.

I received a Master of Education in Counseling from Stephens College in Columbia.  Prior to graduate school, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Mississippi State University.

 

I provide individual therapy for children and adults, with a focus on Person-Centered Therapy, allowing the client’s needs to guide the therapeutic relationship.
